About Ann Colborn

Ann Colborn is a lifelong resident of the Southern Illinois region.  Seasoned in the business world, Ann has invested in her personal real estate portfolio for the past 25yrs.  Along with the real estate investments, Ann has a distinguished history of sales and promotion.  Ann determined that it would be a natural transition into the world of commercial/business real estate and business development.  Ann Colborn conducts her professional real estate career establishing rapport and gaining insight into both the needs of the Buyers and Sellers of Commercial Real Estate, and established business.  Ann exhibits a passion for structuring the commercial projects, as well as establishing and maintaining relationship with the real estate and business public at large.  Ann serves on the Marion Chamber of Commerce Board, as well as the Membership Committee with the Marion Chamber of Commerce.

About Robert and Ann Colborn

Ann is joined by her husband Robert Colborn, Sr. who assists Ann with the business and economic development of the various projects that Ann co-ordinates.  Robert brings a wealth of vast business experience in commercial and business development along with financing avenues to the table.  Robert has excellent franchise business experience, having built and owned six franchise restaurants in past years.
